Delivery Timeframe: Our products require careful crafting which typically takes 3-5 working days. Following this, your order should arrive within 7-15 working days. Please note, however, this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary.

Order Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and link. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real time. You may also view this information by logging into your account and checking the order status.

Adjustments and Cancellations: We understand that occasionally you may need to make changes to your order. We can accommodate these adjustments if they are made within 24 hours of order placement. After this time, we may have already initiated the creation or shipping process, and we may not be able to implement the changes.

Delays and Refunds: While we strive to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we appreciate your understanding and patience. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds due to late delivery.

Responsibility: Once the product has been dispatched to the courier, any losses or damages incurred during transit are the responsibility of the courier. We will, however, do our utmost to assist you in resolving any such issues.

Shipping Address:The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can’t be changed.

  1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.
  2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
